ChooseFrom in cooperation with CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro ver 2.X
Sample configuration to achieve different footers for different sender domains.
Let's suppose your company uses the 2 email domains @domain1.com and @domain2.com. All our users have a primary email address of @domain1.com, so we can define @domain1.com as a default email domain and @domain2.com as a non-default email domain.
A user generally sends emails as email@example.com but sometimes (s)he sends as firstname.lastname@example.org.
ChooseFrom solves the problem of sending as different addresses.
The following 2 CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro rules set different footers for different sender domains.
A rule for non-default domain2.com:
Make sure that the checkbox "Remove this..." is marked.
A rule for default domain1.com:
Microsoft and the Office logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation in the United States and/or other email@example.com
